Something I have been considering lately is starting a completely brand new career. I have always loved cars, and enjoyed driving, so figured I would look into becoming a driving instructor. I heard that the money is very good, and of course you get to be your own boss, however I was a bit put off by the fact that the driving instructor training lasts for over 1 year. It is quite a long time, particularly as I already work during the daytime, so will have study at night, which will leave me with virtually no free time at all.

I am going to look into it more, as it is not a decision to be taken lightly, the course costs thousands of pounds, and takes up a lot of your time, so there is no point rushing into it. The driving instructor UK website was very helpful though as it explained everything to me clearly and concisely. I will post again once I have made a decision, but the thought that this time next year I could be my own boss is very tempting indeed.
